Bimba is a public transport companion that’s FLOSS.

Name

Bimba is pronounced BEEM-bah /ˈbimba/. The name is Poznań subdialect for ‘tram’.

Installing

Preffered method is to download Bimba from F-Droid:

apk and apks files are available also as Codeberg releases.

All releases are signed with the same key, which allows updating versions from any source using files downloaded from any source. Certificate fingerprint (sha256) is 27:86:EB:16:9E:E9:AE:8D:17:0F:09:26:6E:06:8F:EB:C2:A0:A5:A2:43:8A:C0:D5:EF:6E:AF:BA:45:CA:BD:E1

Contribute

This project uses The Code of Merit, which is available as CODE_OF_CONDUCT file.

Contributions are welcome as patches and pull requests through Codeberg; please send patches to mailto:patches@bimba.app using git send-email. Patches and PR commits must include a sign-off to certify agreement to Developer Certificate of Origin.
