Since 3proxy is not on the well-known distro's package repositories yet, that might be quite helpful to host compiled packages right on the GitHub page in the managebale way. I.e. for the Deb packages it can be set up as PPA directory so that anyone can use with APT to update and upgrade the service as streamlined as possible. Similar for another package managers and platforms.
