Add benchmarks for startup, plugin loading, IPC, event fanout, and TUI rendering performance.

Acceptance criteria:

• Cold startup benchmark.
• Plugin discovery/load benchmark.
• IPC round-trip benchmark.
• Event fanout benchmark.
• TUI render benchmark for large transcripts.
• Benchmark results are easy to compare over time.
