Describe the Issue

The title of the link to a challenge appears twice in a users timeline.

How about if it appears only once?

Duplicate text is going against the DRY principle.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://www.freecodecamp.org'
2. Add a back slash then a user name to the end of the url and press enter
3. Click through the timeline to see the duplicated challenge text for certain challenges

Expected behavior

Titles are generated from the challenge file. And the challenge file lists the challenge type. So could certain challenge types generate a single title?

So if it isn't a workshop then omit the second field?
