  1. Add root index.html landing page 

    - Generated a root index.html to serve as a landing page for all 100+ projects.
- Projects are listed in a responsive grid layout.
- Handled directories with multiple sub-projects by providing links to each.
- Ensured all links are properly URL-encoded.
