#4915 apparently introduced other problems. In

• Bump actions/checkout from 4.2.2 to 5.0.0 #4925
• Bump astral-sh/setup-uv from 6.4.3 to 6.6.1 #4928

the copilot setup step fails. For some reason uv wants to update pydantic, isn't allowed to b/c of #4915 and apparently can't handle that.
I don't understand why the copilot setup step runs here in the first place.
