Critical Bug: Agent Flow failing on Pro account nodes

Hello, I am experiencing a persistent issue with the Agent Flow feature on my paid/Pro account. The agent consistently returns a connection/processing error when I run tasks.

Interestingly, the exact same prompts and configuration work perfectly fine on a Free account using the same network environment, which suggests a backend/server-side issue specific to the Pro account nodes.

I have already checked my local setup, and since I cannot open a technical support case due to my current support plan, I am reporting this here in the hope that the engineering team can investigate this routing issue.

I’ve had similar issues here, also a pro subscriber. It’s been isolated to specifically agent based generation, including images, video, and also code. I’ve tried creating and updating a new tool I was working on and the code won’t generate. However I can use said existing tools and regular generation just fine.

Just wanted to let you know that my issue actually got resolved on its own after some time.

However, just to be safe, I highly recommend that you report it from your end. Inside the Agent Flow environment, click on the three dots icon, and select “Send feedback about the app”.

Make sure to include a screenshot of the error in the feedback section and write a brief explanation of what’s happening.
