#7229 is going to take a while to complete and review all failing tests. In the meantime this pull request updates the msautotest results for Ubuntu 20.04 used by the current CI builds, but for the newer version of GDAL (3.0.4) and PROJ used in
ubuntugis/ubuntugis-unstable. See #7228.Outputs were generated using Vagrant and then manually checked for differences. Differences can also be viewed in this pull request on GitHub. If anything looks incorrect, please reply below.
