Summary

Updates the STACKIT provider example in the docs to reflect newly available models:

  • Replace Qwen3-VL 235B (vision model) with Qwen3.6 27B and GPT-OSS 20B — both are now available on STACKIT AI Model Serving as general text/chat models

These models are being added to models.dev in a separate PR (anomalyco/models.dev#2065).

Replace Qwen3-VL 235B (vision model) in the example with the newer text models.

Closing - the example models in docs are illustrative only and the existing ones are still valid. The actual model list is served dynamically from models.dev.
