I'm Carlos Delfino, 54 years old, Electronics Technician and graduate in Computer Network Design & Implementation — and, as I like to say, an eternal learner from Brazil. I have my CFT (Federal Technical Council) registration ready to go, just waiting for the right project to activate it — though I've noticed many professionals in the field work without any certification at all. I have strong expertise in distributed systems technologies and I'm currently sharpening my skills in AWS as well as in Distributed and Parallel Computing. I've also been researching the use of Smart Contracts in Solidity on the Ethereum blockchain applied to cognitive sensor networks for IoT and AIoT. Going even further, I've been exploring dataset processing solutions with Intelligent Agents based on OpenClaw for natural language interaction. I'm also pursuing a degree in Software Engineering — I value well-structured code with properly applied design patterns. Nowadays I delegate the heavy lifting to Generative AI and use Windsurf to speed up repetitive, time-consuming tasks and boost productivity. People are often surprised by how deeply I stay involved with technology and how I keep myself up to date. But for me, curiosity has no expiration date.

I'm interested in remote work with companies in Europe or Dubai. I read technical texts in English reasonably well and even venture into other subjects. I'm improving my conversational and writing skills, and I'm also eager to learn Arabic.

I'm open to contract work (PJ), freelance and fixed-scope projects. My goal will always be the success of the contracted project, consistently and consciously applying cutting-edge technologies in a secure and resilient way. I rely only on technologies already well established in the market — without ever missing the opportunities that innovation brings.

Sou Carlos Delfino, tenho 54 anos, Técnico em Eletrônica e graduado em Projeto e Implementação de Redes de Computadores — e, como gosto de dizer, sou um eterno aprendiz. Tenho meu CFT (Conselho Federal dos Técnicos) engatilhado, aguardando um projeto que o demande — embora eu tenha visto muitos profissionais atuando sem nenhuma certificação. E indo mais além, tenho pesquisado soluções de processamento de datasets com Agentes Inteligentes baseados no OpenClaw, para interação em linguagem natural. Estou cursando Engenharia de Software — gosto de códigos bem estruturados e com padrões de projetos bem aplicados. Hoje deixo o serviço pesado para as IAs Generativas e uso o Windsurf para me ajudar nas atividades braçais que tomam tempo, buscando assim aumentar a produtividade. As pessoas se surpreendem com meu envolvimento com tecnologia e como me mantenho atualizado — mas para mim, aprender é o que dá sentido a cada dia.
