@jonathanwcrane, the HMDA data browser and API is the most direct successor. Other bits of HMDA data are also available in the data publication list and the historic HMDA data downloads. |

This PR updates the HMDA API sunsetting message with the latest cleared content. To review, run locally from this branch, make sure the banner on all pages matches the screenshot below and the links in the banner go to the right places. Note that the "Learn more" link will not work until that page is published on cf.gov, so you can ignore that link for now.
