Verify the toolchain is working correctly by making it try to build PSL1GHT's samples.
Excluding CgToolkit, samples seem to build, but the generated output has not been tested thoroughly and does have issues.
cairoworks on RPCS3, but is a locked-up black screen on hardware viaps3loadx.Needs testing and investigation. This is a crucial validation step in releasing public-ready packages.
