Updated baseline and high configuration files to reference iOS/iPadOS 18.5, version 1.3, and changed author affiliation to Declarative IT GmbH. Added os_call_recording_disable to both profiles and removed os_siri_allow_dictation_disable from indigo_base. Updated references and tags in related rule files and synchronized metadata in mscp-data.yaml.
Added new os_rcs_messaging_disable rule along with additions to indigo baselines
