Normalize all bio references to the two-segment X.YY format used by the BIO2 v1.3 maatregelenset (e.g. 8.12.01 -> 8.12) across 91 rules, deduplicating values that collapsed during the trim (os_anti_virus_installed, os_mdm_require, supplemental_filevault). Reconcile content against the macOS sheet: - os_password_sharing_disable: add 8.27 (sheet maps 8.12 and 8.27). - pwpolicy_prevent_dictionary_words: remove the bio block (not mapped in the macOS sheet). macOS-only: no iOS-sheet controls introduced; those arrive via the iOS branch.
